Privacy policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
In plain English
- We ask a few questions about your accident to tell you if a claim makes sense.
- We only collect your email if you choose to give it to us.
- We use Meta’s advertising tools to measure our ads.
- We don’t sell your information.
This page explains what information FairClaim Auto (“we”) collects through fairclaimauto.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Quiz answers: who was at fault, whether you own or lease the car, when the accident happened, the repair cost range, the vehicle year range, your state, and whether you signed a release. We do not ask for your name, VIN, license plate or claim number on this site.
- Email address: only if you choose to enter it to join the early-access list.
- Technical and advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and sends information about your visit (such as pages viewed and buttons clicked) to Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising.
How we use it
- To tell you whether your situation fits a diminished value claim.
- To email you about the launch of our service and your launch discount.
- To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve the service.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received through Formspree, which delivers them to us. The Meta Pixel sends visit data to Meta Platforms. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access emails and quiz answers until the launch process is finished, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to the address below.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message or by writing to us.
- Limit ad tracking in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences.
